Your Role: What Youll Do

As our Service Manager youll be the heart of our service department leading people managing operations and ensuring every customer leaves with an exceptional impression of Mercedes-Benz of Rochester.

  • Deliver prompt courteous and effective service experiences for every customer

  • Serve as a bridge between customers service advisors and technicians

  • Hire train and manage technicians and service advisors

  • Prioritize and delegate work efficiently to ensure timely service delivery

  • Proactively resolve concerns and ensure complete customer satisfaction

  • Foster strong customer relationships through transparency and communication

  • Maintain high standards for quality safety and customer care

  • Lead your team by example with integrity empathy and professionalism

What Were Looking For

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Proven ability to create positive customer experiences

  • Solid technical knowledge of automotive systems and service processes

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills

  • Prior dealership experience strongly preferred

  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
