** This position is on-site 4 days per week at our Charlotte NC office **

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Videographer & Editor to join our team. This is a full-cycle production role where you will be involved in every stage of the video creation processfrom concept development and storyboarding to filming editing and final delivery. You will play a key role in shaping visual narratives that support our brand events and internal communications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  • Creative Planning & Storyboarding
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and plan compelling video content.
    • Contribute to creative direction scripting and visual storytelling strategies.
  • Production
    • Operate professional video equipment including cameras lighting microphones and stabilizers.
    • Capture high-quality footage at a variety of events including corporate functions interviews and external activations.
    • Direct on-camera talent and set up shots to achieve the best visual results.
  • Post-Production
    • Edit raw footage into polished engaging videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro After Effects).
    • Incorporate motion graphics sound design and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
    • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Project Management
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners throughout the production process.
    • Stay current with industry trends tools and techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology-related field or equivalent education and related training
  • 6 years of experience or equivalent proficiency in application analysis and design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
  • Ability to direct and train other team associates
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in film media production or equivalent professional experience or equivalent education and related training.
  • Proven experience in videography and editing with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of video production techniques including lighting sound and composition.
  • Experience with corporate or large-scale event videography preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in documentary-style storytelling large event/meeting videography.
  • Knowledge of photography principles.
  • Familiarity with brand storytelling and internal communications.
