** This position is on-site 4 days per week at our Charlotte NC office **We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Videographer & Editor to join our team. This is a full-cycle production role where you will be involved in every stage of the video creation processfrom concept development and storyboarding to filming editing and final delivery. You will play a key role in shaping visual narratives that support our brand events and internal communications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
- Creative Planning & Storyboarding
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and plan compelling video content.
- Contribute to creative direction scripting and visual storytelling strategies.
- Production
- Operate professional video equipment including cameras lighting microphones and stabilizers.
- Capture high-quality footage at a variety of events including corporate functions interviews and external activations.
- Direct on-camera talent and set up shots to achieve the best visual results.
- Post-Production
- Edit raw footage into polished engaging videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro After Effects).
- Incorporate motion graphics sound design and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners throughout the production process.
- Stay current with industry trends tools and techniques.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology-related field or equivalent education and related training
- 6 years of experience or equivalent proficiency in application analysis and design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
- Ability to direct and train other team associates
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in film media production or equivalent professional experience or equivalent education and related training.
- Proven experience in videography and editing with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro After Effects).
- Strong understanding of video production techniques including lighting sound and composition.
- Experience with corporate or large-scale event videography preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in documentary-style storytelling large event/meeting videography.
- Knowledge of photography principles.
- Familiarity with brand storytelling and internal communications.
