Job Summary/Description:
WOWT is searching for a talented Videographer/Editor to join our award-winning news team. Were looking for someone energetic with a passion for news who will shoot and edit interviews and video for on-air and digital platforms. He/she will have a demonstrated ability to work individually or as part of a team producing compelling packages and other content for WOWT.
Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Editing of news stories
Creative shooting
Reporting
Live shot operation
Qualifications/Requirements:
Prior experience with broadcast news or a related field is preferred
Must have solid people skills and be able to function in a team environment when working with reporters and producers.
Ability to operate under constant deadline pressure.
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and be able to carry moderately heavy camera equipment.
