Job Description

Do you have a passion for loyalty programs and want to shape how customers engage with a global mobility leader At SIXT were looking for a proactive and strategic Loyalty Program Manager (m/f/d) to lead the performance and growth of our points-based program. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You develop and maintain weekly and monthly reports that track key loyalty program KPIs performance trends and success metrics

  • You perform in-depth analysis to identify issues within the program determine root causes and recommend clear actionable solutions

  • You act as the main point of contact for all loyalty initiatives aligning closely with internal teams such as B2B Sales Customer Service Marketing and IT

  • You manage loyalty partnerships from contract negotiation to performance monitoring including Status Match programs and new partner opportunities

  • You collaborate with external partners to strengthen relationships and unlock mutual value

  • You take full ownership of the loyalty programs Profit & Loss (P&L) including forecasting budgeting and financial performance evaluation

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Experience You bring 5 years in program product or loyalty marketing management with a strong focus on points-based programs

  • Financial Acumen You have proven experience managing a P&L including budgeting forecasting and performance tracking

  • Stakeholder Management You are skilled at coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to drive alignment and results

  • Analytical Skills You are data-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities and can turn insights into meaningful action

  • Industry Knowledge You ideally have experience in the travel car rental or hospitality industry and understand loyalty dynamics

  • Communication You are an excellent communicator with a strategic mindset and the confidence to lead initiatives independently fluency in English is mandatory
