Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Staff Dining - Colleague Outlet - Attendant to join our team in Baghdad this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to colleagues in our staff dining facility ensuring a positive dining experience for all.
- Greet and assist colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Restock supplies and assist in inventory management
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Participate in setting up and breaking down the dining area as needed
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Team player with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Food safety certification preferred
