JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager Real Estate and Administration (Hotels)
JOB LOCATION:Cairo Egypt
JOB DETAILS:
- Manage the process of business hovel arrangement for Bank staff.
- H/She is responsible for monitoring the process of sourcing. booking. and tracking bank hotels reservation requests while ensuring that travel needs are met within the constraints of bank travel budget.
- Manage the hotels services workflow and activities in on exquisite and efficient manner and in accordance with internationally accepted best practice QHSE standards and Bank standards.
Travel Services:
- Oversee hotel arrangement tor Bank staff In accordance with the Banks travel policy and staff travel plans as directed by Management
- Ensure thot the routing issuance of hotel vouchers and transfers ore performed professionally. and in a timely manner.
- Monitor the coordination process of all ground transportation arrangements including dispatching vehicles and drivers.
- Ensure the hotels/MICE teams performance. as well as reporting and locking activities meet set standards
- Manage bookings and schedules for travelers. and direct the travel team in coordaining with the Banks travel partners Including airlines and hotels.
- Continuously work to Improve the travel experience and achieve the teams objectives.
- Monitor the departments financial budget and take corrective actions in case of any variances.
- Collaborate with all team members and travel partners including hotels and transportation to smoothly manage bookings and schedules for travelers.
- Manage and supervise team performance ensuring continuous improvement of the hovel experience and achievement of team objectives.
- Manage and supervise all events inside and outside the headquarters.
Team Management:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the team and ensure compliance with pre-agreed service level agreements and Bank policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and direct team members performing regular assessments to ensure compliance with all agreed-upon KPIs.
- Create clear and adequate workflows to ensure the smooth execution of all ongoing tasks.
- Ensure that strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs.
- Build an effective team spirit to enable all team members to work well together and achieve the teams optimum performance.
- Build trust and improve accountability in the team by setting clear expectations listening creating a space for contributions challenging and inspiring them accepting mistakes and working on their weaknesses.
Others:
- Perform other duties as required by the nature of the position and/or as requested by management.
Requirements
Education:
- Masterss Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
Experience:
- Total Years of Experience is10 years in the same field.
Languages:
- Fluent: Arabic English.
- Intermediate: French (preferred).
Knowledge & Skills:
Software Proficiency:
- Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
Technical Skills:
- Corporate travel management experience.
- proven experience in event planning or event coordination in a caproate environment.
- Knowledge of international travel regulations.
Certifications/Licensure (Preferred but not required):
- Specialized training in corporate travel management.
- Training in travel and tourism.
- IATA & Geographic Advanced Course (preferred).
- Amadeus Course (preferred).
