Starting Rate: $19.59 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $24.93.
Job Duties Include:
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities looking for opportunities to enhance and add a personalized experience
- Processing all external and internal calls by redirecting calls or directly assisting the caller.
- Taking ownership of the callers requests or complaints and ensuring follow-up according to the hotels standards.
- Maintaining knowledge and awareness of all departments within the hotel in particular Housekeeping Maintenance Resort Activities Guests Services and Food & Beverage.
- Maintaining accurate records of guest calls to maintain data integrity.
- Maintaining knowledge of the hotels emergency procedures and dispatching as required.
Qualifications :
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
- Service focused personality is essential
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system an asset
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Comfortable sitting for long periods of the day
