Job Description

  • Youre keen to apply your technical skills and expertise to run a safe and sustainable Transport network.
  • Youre ready to make a real impact for the people of NSW ensuring safety and quality remain a top priority. You understand the importance of protecting Sydney Trains staff working in the network and recognise that delivering great outcomes requires a strong and dedicated team

As Track Protection Specialists youll:

Be the key point of contact to develop and implement detailed worksite protection plans in a variety of operating environments. Youll also be responsible for planning and co-ordinating complex worksite protection across multiple stakeholders.

As Track Protection Officers youll:

Be working as part of a team to implement worksite protection plans and perform worksite protection activities across Engineering and Maintenance Branch. Youll provide advice to relevant personnel to identify operational improvement opportunities for rail corridor safety.

Working as part of a team delivering the highest level of practical worksite protection available these roles will see through the implementation of worksite protection plans across CBD and Clyde regions. Additional travel required on case by case basis for other locations as needed.

About you

Your strong background in safety and implementing worksite protection plans across CBD and/or Clyde territories will help you thrive amongst the range pace and complexity of information and knowledge required to deliver quality services in these areas.
