Job Description
Role: Occupational Therapy Coach
Location: Logan QLD
Employment Type: Part-time 22.8 hours per week - 2 Year Fixed Term

AtGoodstart Early Learning were looking for an Occupational Therapist Coach whos passionate about early intervention and capacity building someone who wants to work shoulder-to-shoulder with educators and families to help children thrive in everyday settings.
This unique role moves beyond traditional therapy. Youll coach and collaborate building the skills of those who support young children every day and see the difference you make in real time.
What youll do:
- Coach and collaborate with educators and families across centres in Victoria East
- Support childrens development through inclusive evidence-based strategies
- Build strong community and service linkages
- Focus on prevention early support and long-term impact
- Work in natural real-world early learning settings

About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- A strong understanding of child development (birth5 years)
- Comfortable coaching others and building capability
- Passionate about inclusion and working in community-based settings
