As an Supplier Product Engineer (SPE) you will be responsible for providing technical support and mentorship during technical reviews with suppliers. Ensuring that supplied products and components meet quality performance and compliance requirements. The SPE supports the development qualification and continuous improvement of products to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Act as the primary technical contact for product-related questions during technical/pre-technical reviews.
- Collaborate with various team members during technical reviews ensuring robust design for manufacturability and product validation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers (yield improvement cost reduction process optimization).
- Ensure supplier compliance with company specifications industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support multi-functional teams in engineering changes and supply continuity planning.

For This Role You Will Need:
- BS Degree in Engineering required. BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred.
- High regard for safety in workplace and laboratory environments required.
- Demonstrated extensive knowledge of pressure management devices and technologies strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to apply technical expertise by instructing and training others.
- Functional experience with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and other gas pressure regulator standards.
- Experience and functional knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Working knowledge of GD&T preferred.
- 3 years of relevant engineering experience preferred.
