P1-C3-STSServiceNow Consultant- Evaluation of current vulnerabilities- Vulnerability remediation workflow- Knowledge of how we can patching works- Knowledge of Mainframe Server OS network switches patching- Knowledge of VR (Vulnerability Response) module of ServiceNow- Knowledge of Remediation Workflow in VR- Expertize on Qualis ServiceNow ITSM ServiceNow VR and SCCMJIRA DevelopmentAgileSaFe DevOps or ITIL Preferred experience on ITSMITOM (CMDB) ServiceNow Administration and Implementation certification (Preferred)
