Could you be the full-time Overhead Controller / Junior Business Controller (f/m/d) in Hennigsdorf were looking for

Your Future Role
2100 colleagues from 46 countries including 800 engineers shape in Hennigsdorf the future of rail mobility. The locally developed manufactured and maintained product range includes high-speed regional and local trains subways as well as trams and light rail vehicles. Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. Youll report to Katrin Blaudszun the Reporting & Budget Manager and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

Well look for you to :

• Budget / Forecast preparation and management of the actual performance versus budget/forecast: be a business partner to the cost centre owner by i) propose action plans to improve the performance / cost and ii) challenge Budget assumptions and the monthly performance
• Animate and improve the processes: Improve the interactions with the departments and optimize the cost and headcounts monitoring
• Ensure proper structure in GSI to allow the costs follow-up (cost center structure analytical accounts)
• Involved in the monthly closing operations

• Fluent in German/English additional language is a plus
• Thoroughness analytical ability and willingness to go into detail in subjects
• Interpersonal skills to interface with other departments
• Curiosity and teamwork
• Fundamental Knowledge on GSI is mandatory
• Familiarity with accounting practices and controls
