Job Title:Associate Material Management

Job Description:
Plan schedule and monitor efficient movement of material from warehouse to production floor
Develop raw material requirements and scheduling requirements from engineering specifications and production schedules and coordinate material movement with purchasing warehouse and production
Utilize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems
Negotiate and manage schedules for timely delivery of materials
May interpret laws rules and regulations regarding shipping and prepare applications for export/import control certifications and licenses
Demonstrate the highest level of integrity between transactions
Learn new software applications and processes
Participate on several cross-functional teams to provide ideas for various changes for improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelorsdegree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Management Economics Finance Accounting Operations Management General Business Management Business Administration or related field
Preferred Skills:
Experience in supply chain principles and concepts
Knowledge of spend management tools
Purchasing insight into buying and selling principles negotiations
Exposure to marketing for new product implementation
Awareness of different contract types
Financial and quantitative analytical skills
Commodity management supplier and performance measurement tools and/orexposure to sourcing process Lean/Six Sigma
In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role inNew Jerseyis $73000 - $100000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based onfactors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
