We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager to join our seasonal Moroccan dining concept. The ideal candidate will support daily operations lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensure the authentic representation of Moroccan cuisine and culture.
Assist in overseeing the overall operation of the Moroccan concept outlet.
Maintain high standards of service hygiene and guest satisfaction.
Lead and motivate the team to deliver consistent authentic experiences.
Support inventory cost control and ordering processes.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu authenticity and quality.
Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in F&B.
Knowledge or passion for Moroccan cuisine and hospitality.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work in a seasonal operation
