It is therefore responsible for the selection provision and operation as well as further development of IT infrastructures IT platforms and business order to optimally support the departments with their business processes through IT solutions Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works with them to develop professional and high-performance IT solutions.
We are a future-oriented company that relies on innovative technologies to optimize our HR and IT processes. To strengthen our team we are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Platform Administrator (m / f / d) who is not only responsible for the support of the platform but also in-depth knowledge of IT architecture network and security as well as ideally experience with SAP BTP and system integrations brings along.
SuccessFactors Platform Administrator
Your tasks
- Technical administration and continuous further development of the SAP SuccessFactors platform
- Responsible for the configuration and optimization of platform functions workflows and authorizations
- Ensure platform stability including monitoring troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Analysis and optimization of the IT architecture with regard to SuccessFactors implementations and integrations
- Integration of SuccessFactors into other systems (e.g. SAP ERP third-party systems) using middleware and API technologies
- Support in the use and further development of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and its services
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as consulting and training of internal teams
Your profile
- Completed degree in computer science business informatics or coparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the administration of SAP SuccessFactors (e.g. EC REC P&G)
- Good knowledge of IT architecture network technologies and security concepts (e.g. SSO encryption access control)
- Experience with IT security standards and their practical implementation
- Desirable: knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and its integration options (e.g. SAP Integration Suite APIs middleware)
- Analytical thinking and the ability to understand and optimize complex syste relationships
- Strong communication skills ability to work in a team and a structured way of working paired with excellent written and spoken German and English
