The Role:

As our Inventory Analyst you will be instrumental in guiding the business toward achieving optimal inventory levels. This key role within the supply chain team involves active collaboration with various functions across the company. You will utilise a range of analytical tools and techniques to deliver insights that drive informed decision-making and enhance inventory management practices ultimately contributing to better overall performance for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records across all sites
  • Monitor quality status and coordinate product testing to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies ensuring traceability and data integrity
  • Support continuous improvement of stock control systems and processes
  • Support the order fulfilment process and ensure timely availability of products
  • Analyse stock levels and trends to minimise excess or obsolete inventory
  • Contribute to long-term planning and process improvements across the supply chain

About You

  • Tertiary degree and / or experience in inventory management and supply chain
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Navision) and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities across teams and departments
  • Detail-focused with a continuous improvement mindset
