Job Description
JD :
- comprehensive overall understanding of government e-marketplace
(gem)
- deep understanding of government procurement process through
government e-marketplace (gem)/e-procurement portal/cppp including
addition of categories registering with the requisite portal
vendor registration and completion of formalities.
- tracking of government bids and tenders through gem/ e-procurement
portal.
- should be able to update/upload product specifications & pricing in
gem portal.
- handling a high volume of customer enquiries floated under the gem
portal and to maintain records/analysis of enquiries.
- preparation of all tender documents in the specific formats related
to the bid & submit the documents in stipulated time limits both
online & offline.
- preparation of pre-qualification and eligibility criteria of tender
documents.
- good knowledge of participation & submission of government tenders
both online & offline.
- attending the bid openings (where possible) and doing competition
analysis along with handling compliance/deviation (if any) to get
technically qualified.
- coordinate with the respective officials and document the progress
of the tenders.
- on-boarding & authorizing channel partners across the country on
the gem portal.
- training the channel partners & their teams about gem portal.
- ability to resolve gem based queries of partners & various govt.
authorities.
- a minimum of 2- 4 years experience in directly operating in gem
- driving empanelment in govt / psu organizations
- develop build relationship with key stake holders in identified
organisations.
preferred :
candidate with furniture background
key result areas
operational efficiency in gem
conversions in comparison mode in gem
tat for quoting tender
tat for adding dealers
contributions made for sales team support
empanelment in government and public sector units
