Qualifications
What you will do:
As a Grounds Maintenance Technician you will play an important role in helping to attract new residents to our apartment communities by keeping the grounds buildings and pools neat clean and tidy. You will also learn and grow your career in the apartment maintenance industry!
Requirements:
Grounds Maintenance Technicians will have the ability and desire to work outdoors; will have an eye for detail; and will be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
