What You Can Expect
As the Site Operations Manager for our 250 MW power plant situated near in Rogers TX you bear the responsibility for overseeing total employment training schedules safety and the day-to-day financial operations of the your capacity as lead of safety it is imperative to ensure that all permits and reports are current valid and in compliance with both federal and state regulatory agencies. You will be tasked with the management of vendors subcontractors maintenance and consultants coordinating efforts with third parties. Additionally you will handle the troubleshooting of Balance of Plant (BOP) switching Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) functions and communicate with landowners and local communities.
Your managerial role extends to leading a team comprising two technicians and indirectly overseeing a Regional Administrator. Utilizing systems like Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) you will monitor daily asset performance and regulatory compliance to meet standards set by organizations such as the National Electrical Renewables Council (NERC). Your responsibilities involve utilizing various computer-based systems ensuring the timely update and maintenance of all documentation. Collaboration with cross-functional management may be necessary to provide reports on the status progress and development of various projects on-site.

Salary Range: $89100 $120800 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal state and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography experience education internal pay alignment or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
