We are currently looking to hire a full- or part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team! Our fun team-oriented environment presents our employees with opportunities to learn and grow with an incredible company. This entry level position starts at $15/hr. and has shifts available from 7 AM-3 PM and 10 AM-6 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Create a positive customer experience through incoming calls chats and emails
- Assist in tracking orders and answering questions regarding Cozy Earths product line
- Support with special projects as needed
- Proactively resolve customer issues before they reach out to Cozy Earth
- Resolving orders returned to sender
- Resolving orders stuck in transit
- Reaching out to customers who have left negative reviews
- Reaching out to disputed charges and fraudulent customers
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Committed to providing exceptional customer service
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work as a team to achieve the goals of the department
- Hardworking and able to multitask and prioritize in a high pace environment
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Availability to work through the holiday season preferred
