Shape the future of investing with our Investment Management Program a key stream within our GRO early talent program. This dynamic two-year rotational program is designed to develop high-potential graduates into future leaders in investment and asset management. Through two 12-month rotations across areas like Real Estate Asset Management Multi-Asset Strategies (MAST) Infrastructure Equity Fixed Income Research and Private Markets Product Development youll gain broad exposure to the investment landscape while building a strong foundation for your career. As part of GRO youll benefit from mentorship leadership access and a collaborative community that supports your growth and helps you discover your passion for the world of investments.
Position Responsibilities:
Gain valuable and diverse experience with multiple asset classes and back middle and front office exposure
Work with a variety of Assignment Managers to maximize the opportunity to acquire technical knowledge
Develop an appreciation of the diversity of the asset origination and asset management businesses within the context of a large global financial services firm
Required Qualifications:
Expected to graduate in 2026 from an accredited university with a degree in Finance Economics or Business Administration
Working knowledge of investment and financial markets
Demonstrated understanding of financial and investment analysis techniques
Ability to be flexible creative and proactive in a challenging and fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Excel Word and PowerPoint with a strong ability to learn new software quickly
Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis

Salary range is expected to be between
$60375.00 USD - $100625.00 USDIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
