THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The Head of Merchandising - Mens Canada will be responsible for establishing Quinces value proposition in Canada for the mens consumer. This includes curating and managing the product catalog to meet and exceed Canadian customer expectations while aligning with Quinces overall brand product and pricing strategy. This role involves influencing and participating in the sourcing strategy setting prices and being accountable for sales margins and returns. Success in this position means driving revenue growth optimizing margins and ensuring a product assortment that resonates with the Canadian market.
