About the Role
As the Contracts Payable Officer youll be at the heart of a fast-moving financial process that ensures royalty payments are delivered accurately and on time. This isnt just about numbers its about managing relationships navigating compliance and keeping systems running smoothly. Youll maintain and update beneficiary records liaise with stakeholders across departments and industries and prepare reports that help shape decision-making.
What You Will Bring:
Youre detail-driven organised and confident working with financial systems. You know how to manage competing priorities communicate clearly and keep things moving without missing a beat. Experience with accounts payable stakeholder liaison and systems like SAGE will set you up for success but your mindset and reliability are what will make you stand out.

The NLC is established under the Aboriginal Land Rights Act (NT) 1976 and its purpose is to serve its constituents who are Traditional Owners (TOs) and other Aboriginal people living in their region.
