Manager Pricing NI

Your main responsibilities

Exciting opportunity within a multi-billion-dollar organization to lead pricing management analysis and execution for Schindlers New Installation (NI) Sales in the U.S. This role is critical to driving organizational success by overseeing the end-to-end pricing strategy including advising leadership on discounting structures pricing policies procedures and governanceall aligned with Schindlers broader strategic goals.
The ideal candidate is an influential and collaborative leader with a proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise-wide pricing strategies that enhance profitability competitiveness and operational efficiency.

Execute Pricing Strategy: Implement and evolve pricing frameworks including product pricing customer segmentation and governance.
Pricing Impact Analysis: Perform regular pricing model and impact analyses to ensure pricing integrity is maintained across all system releases and configuration changes. Collaborate with IT and systems teams to validate that pricing logic is preserved and aligned with strategic objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with field operations finance product management marketing and supply chain to align pricing strategies with business goals.
Analytics Integration: Lead the integration of pricing analytics into platforms used by the field to generate price recommendations.
Performance Measurement: Develop and refine KPIs to assess pricing effectiveness balancing margin revenue and market share.
Market Segmentation: Identify and pursue growth opportunities in key customer segments and strategic accounts.
Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market and competitor research to inform proactive pricing strategies.
Global Alignment: Coordinate with the Global Pricing team to ensure compliance with global mandates and share best practices.
Thought Leadership: Provide strategic insights and recommendations using advanced analytics and pricing methodologies.

What you bring

EDUCATION

Bachelors Degree in business related or analytical discipline required
Certified Pricing Professional preferred.
Masters in Business Administration or Economics preferred.
