Were hiring a Field Service Technician with experience in aerial equipment construction machinery and heavy/light-duty trucks. This is a hands-on role focused on preventative maintenance and repairs of utility trucks and hydraulic equipment.
Duties (including but not limited to):
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on utility trucks and equipment
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic electrical and diesel systems
Service aerial devices digger derricks truck-mounted cranes and other specialty equipment
Diagnose and replace major components in the field
Use provided service truck equipped with welder 4-ton crane computer and phone
Travel to customer sites with flexibility and minimal oversight
Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical details clearly
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Vocational/Technical school or military mechanic training preferred
Valid drivers license required; CDL preferred
Must supply own hand tools
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments (stooping kneeling squatting etc.)
Preferred Experience:
Field/mobile service technician experience
Background in hydraulics electrical systems and diesel engines
Experience with construction agricultural mining or military heavy equipment
