Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience
Experience with FAR DFAR ITAR EAR CAS
Experience with using Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint etc)
Team player who is a problem solver and self-starter
Excellent presentation skills strong analytical abilities and self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Preferred Skills (beyond required):
Strong knowledge of regulations including Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR supplements (e.g. DFARS) and other agency regulations.
The qualified individual must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships and communications with all internal and external customers.
Experience in providing business contractual and risk mitigation strategies to support the needs of the program.
Experience in all aspects of the contract life cycle including contracts administration proposal preparation and close-out.
Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationship provide RFP shaping/analysis and have participated in proposal development and bid strategy.
Familiarity with International Agreements and Terms and Conditions.
Ability to handle multiple assignments and achieve program goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Negotiation experience
Demonstrated business acumen/finance experience
Demonstrated ability to build relationships
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
