Job Description

Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Marketing Strategic & Solutions Lead Rheuma & Bone who is visionary collaborative and results-driven to join our Immunology team based at our UCB hub located in Milan Lombardy Italy.

About the role

You will lead the development and execution of local marketing strategies aligned with European directives. Youre going to integrate field insights drive brand planning and ensure operational excellence while maintaining compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Who you will work with

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing Medical Market Access and Commercial. Youre going to be a key contributor to the Solution Leads Community fostering synergy and innovation across the organization.

What you will do

  • You will define and execute patient-centric marketing strategies tailored to local market dynamics
  • You will be responsible for leading the annual marketing planning process and managing the marketing budget
  • You will manage and develop the Rheuma and Bone Solution Lead teams
  • You will design and deploy impactful omnichannel campaigns using customer insights
  • You will analyze market trends and adapt strategies to ensure brand differentiation
  • You will ensure full compliance with local regulations including Legislative Decree 231/2001

Interested For this role we are looking for the following education experience and skills:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences Business Marketing or Healthcare
  • 8-10 years of experience in stakeholder-facing roles or marketing within the healthcare sector demonstrating a deep understanding of industry dynamics and stakeholder needs
  • People management skills including the ability to motivate and align team members with organizational objectives fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Strong knowledge of compliance market access and healthcare regulations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in digital tools and omnichannel marketing strategies.
