Project Scheduler Electrical Construction Miami FL

Our electrical construction client is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join their Miami team. Youll play a critical role in coordinating project schedules for high-profile ground-up builds across South Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage comprehensive project schedules using Primavera and MS Project
- Review and compare GC look-ahead schedules perform time impact assessments
- Generate monthly reports on schedule status and performance vs. plan
- Integrate change orders and commissioning milestones into baseline schedules
- Interface with field and office teams to ensure alignment on project timelines
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in construction scheduling (electrical preferred)
- Strong communication skills and experience working with GCs subcontractors and clients
- Skilled in Bluebeam Excel Primavera and Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of risk identification and delay analysis
- Degree in construction-related field a plus
Salary Range: $70000 $95000 base benefits
