Create the solutions that will enable a better tomorrow
We are looking for a new colleague within air quality and local climate in our team in Sweden. You will be a part of a team working closely with colleagues from Sweden but also this role you will become part of our team of experts working closely with project managers colleagues and clients. You will independently and collaboratively work on investigations related to air quality and localclimate throughout Sweden and abroad. Depending on your expertise preferences and the teams needs you will work with:

• Conduct air quality emission and dispersion modeling across different scales from local to regional using tools such as MISKAM AMDS and NORTRIP.
• Perform urban climate studies including assessments of heat stress wind comfort and solar radiation utilizing software like SOLWEIG and CFD simulations.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation and reporting for projects.
• Develop visualizations and conduct spatial analysis using GIS technologies.
• Support sales activities and prepare proposals.
• Manage projects ensuring timely delivery and coordination.

Our air quality and local climate team has a close connection with universities and is currently involved in several research projects. We always strive to be in the forefront with the latest methodology and research with ambition to enhance understanding and promote innovation. We are looking for a positive humble structured and solution-oriented person who is good at communication and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be able to work independently plan your work effectively and manage and complete projects and tasks.

On top of that you will have:
Have a relevant university degree in fields such as environmentalengineering geoscience/earth sciencepreferably with a specialization in urban climate and/or future climate effects physics meteorology chemistry or environment.
Experience from working as a consultant for a minimum of 1 year
Work experience in one or more of the areas covered by the position
Experience with computational models within the discipline
Basic programming skills such as Python and/or Matlab
Be fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
