Job Description
Job Description:
- Understand user roles and design for their needs
- Collaborate with Product Managers Developers and Tax Experts to define UX goals
- Simplify complex tax-related workflows and interfaces
- Create user flows wireframes mockups and prototypes
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Design consistent accessible and intuitive interfaces
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in the UX
- Maintain and evolve a scalable design system
- Work in agile development teams and participate in product planning
Skill Requirement
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Adobe XD)
- Knowledge of responsive web and mobile-first design
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms preferably finance or tax domain
- Ability to conduct user research usability testing and data- driven design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
Qualification:Bachelors degree in Design or Computer Science or related field
*Working Hours/ Office Timings:10 AM- 7 PM(Monday to Friday)
