Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Managing IT contracts and finances as part of an IT Vendor Management team
- Managing and negotiating contracts with our external IT partners
- Assuming the role of main contact person for internal business units procurement teams and compliance teams
- Defining and monitoring contract deliverables
- Planning and managing IT budgets related to outsourced services
- Ensuring compliance with the invoice process
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- A degree or apprenticeship with a focus on IT business informatics or IT controlling
- Sound IT knowledge and basic ITIL knowledge
- Knowledge of IT contract management IT financial management and service level management
- Experience in cooperating with external IT service providers
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Keen interest in international collaboration
- Good communication and diplomacy skills as well as fluent English language skills
