The role will be based at Hindmarsh with regular time spent in both ourBrompton and Regency Park sites. Reporting to theRegional People Partnering Manager youll provide generalist HR support across the business. Youll work closely with People Business Partners and leaders to build strong teams support workforce planning and contribute to a culture of safety performance and continuous improvement.
What youll do:
- Deliver day-to-day HR support across the business including coaching leaders and managing employee relations.
- Support Business Partners to guide workforce planning skills profiling and classification structures.
- Provide policy advice interpret Award and Enterprise Agreements and support industrial relations projects.
- Support Operational recruitment process including Apprentices.
- Support the management of the apprenticeship program in line with contractual requirements.
- Analyse HR data and trends to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
- Contribute to the annual People calendar HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.
What youll bring:
- 23 years experience in a generalist HR role ideally within manufacturing construction or maintenance/service industries.
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems policies and industrial instruments.
- Exposure to Enterprise Agreements and employee/industrial relations frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the confidence to handle challenging conversations.
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Business or a related field.
- A current unrestricted drivers licence.
