Job Description
Infosys is seeking a AWS Java Integration Developer - In the role you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation Application Architecture knowledge and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation transition and will be part of a learning culture where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged excellence is rewarded and diversity is respected and valued.
This position is based out of Dallas TX. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialtyin lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Experience in Java 8 Angular AWS
- Experience in Amazon MSK and Amazon Kinesis Data Streams.
- Experience in Microservice development CICD pipelines Java/Spring Boot REST API MongoDB.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Experience in Real-time data pipelines and stream processing applications.
- Experience in event-driven architecture and data serialization formats.
- Experience in scripting skills (e.g. Bash Python Go) and API integration
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems efficiently.
- Familiarity with code and process management tools such as JIRA and Git
- Working knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment and DevOps principles
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
