Sales at Humaans

Our Sales team at Humaans is looking for motivated independent individuals with high social intelligence ambition and a natural instinct for selling to help drive our growth. As a Sales Associate youll be the initial point of contact responsible for identifying and pursuing leads that will create exciting commercial opportunities.

Its an exciting time to join us as we already support hundreds of customers including some of Europes top startups and scale-ups with global ambitions and are now looking to scale our this role youll need to build relationships with top leaders executives and decision-makers at some of the most innovative and forward-thinking companies in the world.

Focus & Ownership

  • Youll be responsible for growing the top of the sales funnel with a strong focus on cold outbound outreach.

  • Youll take full ownership of discovering and executing the most effective tactics to generate pipeline.

  • Youll manage a portfolio of high-potential target accounts that align with our growth goals and use your instincts to uncover additional promising prospects.

  • Youll connect with leads across a variety of channels including email phone social platforms and live chat.

  • Youll develop deep product expertise and clearly communicate its value offering compelling solutions that resonate with prospects.

  • Your conversations with leads will generate meaningful feedback that helps us improve the product and better serve customer needs.

  • A few years of work experience would be a plus though not necessarily in B2B SaaS. Were more interested in seeing proof that youve successfully sold something before tell us what in your application!

  • Youre a strong communicator both verbally and in writing and you bring a confident high-energy presence to every interaction.

This is an in-person role based at our Central London office (Chancery Lane). Our team comes together in the office on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays to fuel collaboration and connection.
