Job Description
As a Sales Representative you ll engage with customers to guide them through the sales process prepare quotations and collaborate with your team to drive high-quality results. Your mission Exceed expectations close deals and keep customer satisfaction soaring.
Your Daily Tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally; complete fact finds to understand customer needs
- Prepare accurate quotations and visuals upselling and cross-selling where applicable
- Ensure precision in quoting supplier selection and markups with strong attention to detail
- Build customer relationships through regular proactive outreach; convert leads into sales
- Stay updated on pricing bestsellers events and supplier/product updates
- Monitor lead conversion metrics and quotation quality to meet/exceed targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize sales potential
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service preferably in a related industry
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple quotations simultaneously
- Proficient in using quotation and CRM software with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal teams
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking for accurate pricing and markup
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Polite and professional communication style via phone chat and email
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and methodologies
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for business growth
- Proactive self-motivated and responsive to customer needs and sales targets
- First-class interpersonal and communication skills
- Commercially aware with strategic thinking capabilities
- Skilled in negotiation influencing and stakeholder management
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
