Make your mark for patients

Disclosure Lead (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Disclosure Lead (m/f/d) who is detail-oriented collaborative and proactive to join us in our Global Clinical Sciences and Operations team based in Monheim am Rhein Germany.

About the role

You will be at the crossroads of science and operations managing the disclosure of clinical trial data to ensure compliance and transparency. Your work will directly support UCBs commitment to ethical research and public trust.

Who youll work with

Youll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Clinical Project Management Statistics Medical Writing Regulatory Affairs and Safety. Youll also engage with external vendors and global registry authorities.

What youll do

  • Manage trial registrations and results reporting on global registries
  • Coordinate stakeholder review of registry and results information prior to public release
  • Maintain accurate records and update project tracking systems
  • Serve as point of contact with registry QA groups
  • Support local registry teams and ensure data consistency
  • Deliver internal training on disclosure processes

Interested For this role were looking for the following education experience and skills

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a scientific discipline
  • 12 years of relevant experience preferred (e.g. clinical development or regulatory affairs)
  • Experience with TrialScope Disclose EudraCT and CTIS is a plus
  • Strong project planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and clinical trial systems
