What Youll Do:
Support Operations:Assist with day-to-day facility operations ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.
Hands-On Work:Perform preventive maintenance equipment repairs and physical laborindoors and outdoorsin all weather conditions.
Safety First:Promote and maintain a safe work environment following all safety protocols especially around railcars and heavy equipment.
Continuous Learning:Receive thorough training and develop new skills in equipment operation grading and cleaning techniques.
Busy Seasons:Be ready to step up during our busiest times in Spring and Fall working extended hours to help the team succeed.

Team Player:Work well independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Physically Capable:Comfortable with climbing lifting and working at heights or in dusty environments.
Safety Minded:Prioritize safety for yourself and others; experience or training in safety is a strong asset.
Mechanical Aptitude:Experience with forklifts skid loaders or heavy equipment is a plusbut well provide training if youre willing to learn.
Communication:Effective verbal communication skills are essential.

Ce que vous ferez :
Soutenir les oprations : participer aux activits quotidiennes du site pour assurer le bon fonctionnement et la scurit des installations.
Travail manuel : effectuer la maintenance prventive des rparations dquipement et des tches physiques lintrieur comme lextrieur quelles que soient les conditions mtorologiques.
Priorit la scurit : promouvoir et maintenir un environnement de travail scuritaire en respectant tous les protocoles notamment autour des wagons et des quipements lourds.
Apprentissage continu : recevoir une formation approfondie et dvelopper de nouvelles comptences en exploitation dquipement en techniques de triage et de nettoyage.
Priodes de pointe : tre prt(e) sinvestir pleinement pendant nos saisons les plus occupes au printemps et lautomne en travaillant des heures prolonges pour assurer la russite de lquipe.
Profil recherch :
Autonomie : vous prenez linitiative et trouvez des tches accomplir sans attendre dinstructions.
Esprit dquipe : vous travaillez aussi bien en autonomie quau sein dun groupe soud.
Capacit physique : laise pour grimper soulever et travailler en hauteur ou dans des environnements poussireux.
Sens de la scurit : vous accordez la priorit la scurit pour vous-mme et les autres ; une exprience ou une formation en scurit est un atout important.
Aptitude mcanique : une exprience avec les chariots lvateurs chargeuses ou quipements lourds est un plus nous offrons la formation ncessaire si vous souhaitez apprendre.
Communication : de bonnes aptitudes la communication verbale sont essentielles.
Fiabilit : vous tes ponctuel(le) travailleur(se) et restez concentr(e) mme lors de longues journes.
