Job Description

Role:Regional Account Manager
Location:London hybrid (3 days per week)
Language:English
WFH policy:Hybrid minimum 3 days/week in-office

Product:Business management platform for MSPs including monitoring cybersecurity and automation tools
Size and functions of local team:EMEA Sales org overlay function supporting AMs/AEs; reporting to Darcey Hawker works closely with team lead WillsRole description:
Sales Enablement / Overlay Function:
  • No personal quotasupports EMEA sales team quota
  • Works on escalations billing MRR adjustments cross-functional problem-solving
  • Not customer successrequires commercial mindset and internal stakeholder influence
  • Acts as business partner to AMs/AEs to free their time for outbound selling
  • Exposure to contracts pricing Salesforce and internal ops
  • Suited to future sales leaderstrack to team lead/management

  • Office presence 3 days/week in London
Nice to haves:
  • MSP or SMB domain experience
  • Experience with billing contracts and Salesforce workflows
Salary range & secondary benefits:
  • 40K55K base (depending on experience)
  • 60K70K OTE (80:20 split negotiable)
