In this role:
- You are responsible for the organisation and administration of our entire operational department from daily performance to long-term strategic direction.
- Together with the department heads you ensure the implementation execution and monitoring of our Hilton brand standards and continuously improve guest satisfaction.
- You promote an open and appreciative communication culture and maintain a strong presence with both guests and team members.
- You are responsible for preparing budgets and forecasts controlling costs and overseeing quality management.
- In addition to fire protection data protection and occupational safety you ensure compliance with all legal regulations in the hospitality industry.
- You lead your department heads with confidence and take on the role of coach and mentor for our successors and young talents.
- You train our Duty Managers and act as the first point of contact in the event of serious complaints emergencies or damage incidents.
- You represent the General Manager in their absence.

You are a true team player who enriches not only our revenue but the entire operation with your committed and dynamic personality strategic thinking and goal-oriented approach.
You bring several years of professional experience with leadership responsibility in a comparable position within the hospitality industry.
You know how to lead and motivate employees are a passionate host with a positive and open demeanor and demonstrate strong negotiation skills when dealing with suppliers and corporate partners.
You like to stay ahead of the curve recognize trends and monitor developments in the hotel market to ensure we stay one step ahead of the competition.
