Principal Accountabilities
- Tracking reading or creating reports manually or via computer
- Set up operate tear down machines as required
- Operate all aspects of assigned machines including quick changeovers ensuring meeting spec safety and quality
- Cleanliness and housekeeping
- Maintaining a safe working environment
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work in the US based solely upon a humanitarian Parole status related to Cuba Haiti Nicaragua or Venezuela which is subject to the Federal Register Notice of revocation by DHS on March 25 2025
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Basic math ability (Addition Subtraction Multiplication Division)
- Ability to read and write in English
- Basic computer skills
- Availability to work outside of normal shift up to including weekend and off shift hours as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous food manufacturing experience
- Previous leadership experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Production experience
- Work history in the last 12 months
