Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Paks Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approx. 750 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India Lund in Sweden Denton in the USA and in Singapore. Tetra Pak Global Information Management is currently seeking for an experienced S4 Service Management designer who is able to demonstrate competence on manufacturing industry solution and a business acumen on the service sales and logistics processes to join the business-IT S4 HANA Projects and Service Delivery Team (SDT).
You are expected to work in the global team within the S4 HANA projects and services within one of Tetra Paks core business units.
You are expected to drive and work with the business stakeholders to gather understand document and provide solutions to address the business requirements.
You are expected to design test and deliver a good quality end to end solutions and support to the end users.
Our SAP skilled resources are in various locations: Lund Sweden Singapore and Chakan India.
As this is a global team the individual must have some flexibility for meetings / phone calls outside normal business hours.
Main roles -
Service team member and or
Designer as Project team member
Other roles as needed by the organization
e.g. Continuous Improvement gaps projectpre-study preparation (PfPS) etcUniversity Degree of Diploma from engineering or computerscience.
5 7 years of relevant good experience in a full cycleimplementation as well as in support projects for S4 HANAService Management module as Primary skill
Hands-on experience on configuration in setting up the entireend to end flow from Quotation Service contractmanagement Service Order management delivery andinvoice and integrations with other modules such as PM SDMM and FI/FICO
Knowledge on other modules and features such asSubscription Order management recurring services assetmanagement subscription billing and other related modules.
With secondary skill on Sales & Distribution PlantMaintenance or GTS modules.
Knowledge and experience in iFS Field Service ManagementImplementation SAP FSM or any similar solution/tool is aMust.
Good understanding of integration of SD modules with otherrelated modules such as FI/CO PS or SM.
Basic Knowledge or Training in MRP Variant ConfigurationEngineering Change Management and Product Modelling onETO environment is a plus.
Good knowledge on data migration and conversion in S4Hana projects would be a plus
Experienced in working in an Agile and dynamic globalenvironment.
Focused and analytical person who always takesaccountability / responsibility for your assigned tasks.
Passionate Creative and customer & service minded
A team player who is also able to work independently onproblems & issues with minimal supervision
Result-oriented and strong work ethic & integrity
Have good awareness and appreciation of social and culturaldifferences. Able to interact well in a global / virtual team requires integration with colleagues users and businesspartners all around the world.
Be able to work under pressure and manage stressfulsituations confidently & effectively
Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing(English)
