General responsibilities :
- Candidate should have min 10-12 years experience in Paints coatings and Construction chemicals
- Drive Business growth and developments in given market with active collaboration with supplier and regional team
- Should be well versed with market mapping and market penetration plan execution
- Candidate will be responsible for portfolio development and diversification for given segment
- Candidate should have required skills to manage sales and inventory forecasting CRM tools like salesforce management
- Person will be directly responsible for managing customer Satisfaction & supplier relationship management and
- Candidate expected to practice excellent Cross-Functional Collaboration with other departments
- Candidate should be expert in AR and Inventory management
Education : Chemical or Paint Background
Work experience : 10-12 years experience in water based paints and construction chemicals raw materials sales specifically selling HEC CMC in Paints and Coatings industry.
