DescriptionIn This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- To drive the companys bookings and Sales targets for North Region
- Lead the Industrial Automation and Factory Automation sales team administerpotential and existing customer requirements (quotes technical support contracts and all related issues) to improve the companys bookings and sales and maintain high-level customer service as specified in the companys objectives.
- Target customers install base with various solution offerings. Work closely with the region team channels/distributors industry verticals and lifecycle services.
- Develop new ESPs and OEMs for incremental growth.
- Drive business development and market engagement and build a funnel around uncovered markets and geographies.

You serve as a leader to build the strong team grow and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You make significant progress and remain calm and composed even when things are uncertain.
For This Role You Will Need:
- Having 12 to 15 years of Experience in Field sales with five years of lead team experience
- Selling experience with pneumatics/electrical automaton products and field instruments such as pneumatic cylinders solenoid valves Pneumatic Accessories Proximity sensors pressure regulators etc.
- Knowledge on electropneumatic applications
- Understanding the offerings of the competition
- Industry knowledge for Factory Automation Machine Automation Pharma Machines Food & Beverages Plastic & Packaging Machines Marine Railway Applications etc.
- Overall market knowledge customers in the region of the North.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- BE/E-Tech in Instrumentation/Mechanical.
- 12 to 15 years of working experience in a similar field.
