Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Planning and updating the agile playbook for the International IT organisation in SharePoint
- Assisting with the creation of new concepts
- Optimising processes as part of our agile transformation
- Supporting various specialist teams in their daily tasks within IT project management (e.g. documentation of work results research appointment/meeting management)
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- A degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
- Passion for IT and confident use of the standard MS Office applications particularly Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online
- Good English language skills to enable collaboration with (inter)national colleagues
- Exceptional level of commitment and team spirit as well as good interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical way of thinking and the ability to learn quickly
Desirable extras.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design
- HTML and CSS basics
- Knowledge of Scrum or Kanban
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience in agile working environments
- Knowledge of process optimisation
