Job Description
Note: This role is onsite. Trenton NJ Responsibilities:
Hardware inventory management
Equipment imaging
Software installation
Windows 11 upgrades
Rollout equipment
User migration
Hardware/software troubleshooting and maintenance
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware MFD (Xerox preferably) Windows 10/11 OSMicrosoft Office suite desktop applications MS365 web applications SCCMimaging technologies communication skills.
