Job Description

Role: Dot Net Developer

Location: Louisville KY Onsite

Mode: Onsite

Must have Healthcare Payer background and understanding of CMS Mandates of Interoperability (Payer to Payer transactions; Patient API etc). Specially for onsite role.

API-heavy ( some Python)

API gateways (Apigee Hybrid)

Cloud platform services (app engine Kubernetes/containerization)

DevOps platforms (GitHub Terraform scripting and execution)

Databricks

Confluent Kafka (or similar event streaming tools)

MongoDB Snowflake PostgreSQL

Splunk Dynatrace

Artifactory jFrog

Identity management (Token-based auth)

Firely Azure FHIR services

Implementation expertise for HL7 FHIR

Experience reading/interpreting implementation guides

Da Vinci CRD/DTR/PAS implementations

SAFe Agile practices and methodology
