Job Summary (Project Manager Unified Contact Centre Projects):
- Manage projects related to the unified contact centre across business units.
- Lead and deliver the Unified Contact Centre project ensuring alignment with business requirements and budget constraints.
- Oversee the creation development and implementation of project plans including design testing and rollout phases.
- Ensure compliance with Project Management Framework and submission of required project documentation at every stage.
- Maintain and update all project-related documentation in a central repository.
- Coordinate with various internal stakeholders (Compliance Information Security Risk Management Procurement Finance) to secure necessary project approvals.
- Provide regular and accurate project status reports to senior leadership and governance forums.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration ensuring consistent project management practices across local and international operations.
- Address and resolve complex issues arising from multi-disciplinary project interdependencies.
- Make prompt decisions on project risks in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Ensure adherence to project stage gates and escalate risks/issues to senior management as needed.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the organization.
- Required: Masters degree 12 years banking industry experience project management certification (e.g. PMP) and experience with Microsoft solutions or customer contact centre projects.
