Tasks

We are looking for a Marketplace Manager to join our this role you will be instrumental in expanding our online presence and optimizing our sales performance across various e-commerce platforms.

  • Create and maintain high-quality listings on key marketplaces including Amazon Otto Kaufland and eBay.
  • Implement and refine pricing strategies and meticulously plan for deal events and promotional campaigns.
  • Proactively resolve listing issues to ensure the highest possible uptime and continuous product availability.
  • Manage the seamless integration of new sales channels into our existing warehousing system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure efficient fulfillment of B2B orders.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts. Experience with other marketplaces (e.g. Otto Kaufland eBay) is considered a significant plus.
  • Proven ability to proactively identify and resolve marketplace issues ensuring minimal downtime and optimal listing performance.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and optimization you take initiative to improve processes troubleshoot challenges independently and seek out opportunities for growth without constant oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English (min. C1) both written and spoken.
