Job Description
Job Title: Electronic Assembler
Location: Colorado Springs CO
Shift: Monday Friday 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Electronic Assembler to join our production this role you will be responsible for assembling wiring and troubleshooting electronic and electrical components used in our industry-leading products. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals with a high attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and wire electronic components and systems to certified specifications
- Perform crimping soldering and wire harness assembly with accuracy and care
- Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings
- Position align and fit components using hand and power tools
- Assemble LED panels and integrated wiring systems
- Bolt rivet and fasten components to complete assemblies
- Troubleshoot and rework components or systems when issues arise
- Perform quality control and functional testing to ensure compliance
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 100 lbs including overhead handling
Required Qualifications
- 1 2 years of hands-on experience in electronic assembly
- Proficiency in reading blueprints wiring diagrams and specification sheets
- Skilled in using hand tools clamps presses and fabrication equipment
- Solid understanding of quality assurance practices and safety standards
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Physical ability to handle lifting bending and standing for extended periods
