Job Description

Position: Senior On-Site Service Specialist
Location: 389 Boston Ave Medford MA 02155
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Contract: 2 Months (Temporary to Permanent)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:45 AM 5:15 PM (30-minute lunch)
Key Details:
- Support a student mailroom at a university.
- Responsibilities include receiving checking in and distributing packages/mail to students.
- Fast-paced environment with a lot of walking and standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (assistance provided for heavier items).
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
- If hired permanently duties may expand to include courier services for faculty (valid drivers license preferred).
- Dress Code: Jeans collared shirt comfortable shoes/sneakers (no hats).
